Custer Public Power District has informed the Village of a scheduled electrical outage on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The outage is scheduled for 1:00 PM MST, will affect all Mullen residents and businesses, and is expected to last approximately 2 hours. Please plan accordingly.

Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the Village Office and Drop Off Site will be closed in observance of Veterans Day. For emergencies concerning water, electric, or sewer please call Village Maintenance at 308-546-2829.
The Drop Off Site will be closed Tuesday, November 4th and Wednesday, November 5th for trailer and tarp repair. The Drop Off Site will be open and resume normal operation hours Thursday, November 6th
The Drop Off Site will be closed this morning today, Monday, October 27, 2025. The Drop Off Site will re-open at 1PM today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SCRAP TIRE CLEANUP: Now accepting tires from Cherry County at the Drop Off Site.
Hours for Wednesday, 8/13 and Friday 8/15 are amended 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Limit remains 10 tires per person.
Tires must be off rims
No dirt, sand, or water in tires.
Wednesday and Friday are TIRES ONLY. No trash or recycling service!
Thursday and Saturday remain regular hours.
